ABOUT OXYGEN THERAPY

Breathing is our primary source of energy. We draw all our energy from oxygen. At the end of every metabolic reaction is oxygen. Did you know that when we breathe, our body only absorbs around 20% pure oxygen?

Oxygen literally burns a million incredibly slow fires inside our bodies every second of every day. Without it, every function in the body would shut down. Oxygen is responsible for producing up to 90% of your body’s energy, and it makes up approximately 96% of your body’s nutritional needs. Atmospheric oxygen levels are only around 20% of the air we breathe, delivering less than optimal levels to our lungs to be at our absolute peak of performance – both mental and physical.

The oxygen bar delivers an ideal level of oxygen to your system to take you to that peak performance. The oxygen bar provides 90-96% pure O2 for customers to breathe in through small tubes hooked over the ears and under the nose.

Increased oxygen inhalation can have some impressive benefits, with patients reporting providing a mild “feel good” effect, reducing stress, relaxing the body, increasing energy and alertness, alleviating headaches, ease muscle aches. People can concentrate and focus more effectively, sleep better, slow the aging process, and recover quickly from jet lag and hangovers.

Inhaling concentrated oxygen can also increases the oxygen saturation level in the blood, which makes more available for the brain, and more brain power. If that’s not cool enough, supplemental oxygen inhalation has also been shown to enhance memory formation.

Originally "oxygen bars" gained popularity in Las Vegas nightclubs; however, because nightclubs are not FDA-regulated, they couldn't make any specific health claims - but the idea behind oxygen bars is that the airflow can help you feel energized, relaxed, or yes, hangover-free.
